T116 : リバースピボット１８０ + ジャンプシュート

パスを受け取る
ボールを両手でなるべく音を立てずにキャッチします。そして腕はなるべくキャッチをする前の段階から伸ばしておいてください。
両足ジャンプストップ
通称“ドナルドダックストップ”　両足を同時に踵からジャンプストップします。腰を入れた状態でバランスを保ちそして肩幅くらいに足を広げてください。そして足はゴールを指して下さい。
リバースピボット１８０
１８０度反転してください。
足とドリブル
足とボールが同時に床に付くようにして、ドリブルとステップが一つの音になるようにして下さい。そして足と使っていない方の手でボールをディフェンダーから守ってください。
ジャンプシュート
ボールを出来るだけ高い地点から放ってください。シューティングアームはボールの軌跡と同じ面上になるように打ちます。そして２本の指が最後にボールから離れるようにしてください。
