リバースピボット１８０
１８０度反転してください。
ラビットホップ
両足ジャンプストップでジャンプをしてください。そして踵から着地してください。
ジャンプシュート
ボールを出来るだけ高い地点から放ってください。シューティングアームはボールの軌跡と同じ面上になるように打ちます。そして２本の指が最後にボールから離れるようにしてください。
