両足ジャンプストップ
通称“ドナルドダックストップ”　両足を同時に踵からジャンプストップします。腰を入れた状態でバランスを保ちそして肩幅くらいに足を広げてください。そして足はゴールを指して下さい。
フェイク
相手を惑わすリアリスティックな動き。
ステップとワンドリブル
足とボールは同じタイミングで着き、ドリブルとステップが一つの音になるようにします。
ラビットホップ
両足ジャンプストップでジャンプをしてください。そして踵から着地してください。
ジャンプシュート
ボールを出来るだけ高い地点から放ってください。シューティングアームはボールの軌跡と同じ面上になるように打ちます。そして２本の指が最後にボールから離れるようにしてください。
