Two foot jump stop

"Donald Duck Stop"- Land two feet at the same time heels first rolling onto toes, solid stance with balance, feet shoulder width apart, feet pointing toward basket

player is in the air and has no ground contact, jumped off with both legs.

jumped one-footed

player is in the air without groundcontact, jumped off one-footed.

Jab steps and pivot

Rotation around the supporting leg. Multiple jab steps allowed.

Rotation around the supporting leg

Rotation on the heel around the supporting leg with the free leg in arrow direction, one floor contact.

step right foot

floor contact right foot, length of step and height for jump is variable. The preceding sign determines with which leg to start the step.

step left foot

floor contact left foot, length of step and height for jump is variable. The preceding sign determines with which leg to start the step.

two-footed jump

floor contact with both feet, jump length and height are variable.

Drop step

Drop step opposite foot to the basket. Plant the foot and reverse pivot. Rotate the body 270 degrees inwards (the back turns first).

complete rotation of the body 360 degrees.

overhand shot

one-handed shot, fingertips show away from the basket.

underhand shot

fingertips show towards the basket.

Hookshot

Dunking

Throw the ball in the basket from directly above.

If shooting from the side, shoot the ball off the backboard aiming for the white corner of the square.

Rebound

Catch a ball that bounced of the rim or the backboard. Ball control!

Dribble

Ball bounces off from the floor.

away from the defender with a deep change of hands.

Receive the ball with both hands silently. Arms reach against the ball for early control.

Wrap around

Wrap the ball around your waist. Ball gets handed over behind the back from one hand to the other, arms outstretched

Touch the back of your neck with the ball in both hands
