T106 : Bouncer + Sprungwurf

Ball zugespielt bekommen
Ball mit beiden Händen lautlos fangen. Arme dem Ball entgegen strecken, für frühe Ballkontrolle sorgen.
Bouncer
Aus Parallelstellung mit dem Ball in beiden Händen in die Hocke gehen und einmal dribbeln.
Sprungwurf
am höchsten Punkt des Sprungs Ball abwerfen. Arm bewegt sich in der Ebene der Flugbahn, zwei Finger berühren am Abwurfpunkt den Ball.
Wurf mit Brett
Wurf mit Zuhilfenahme des Brettes. Der Ball prallt vom Brett ab. Beim Wurf von der Seite die weisse Ecke am Brett als Zielhilfe benutzen.
