KL158 : 動くと同時にボールを受ける + アンカーレッグでオーバーハンドレイアップ

動くと同時にボールを受ける
横に動きながら片手でボールをキャッチし、シュートは地面に足が付く前に放つこと。
両足ジャンプストップ
通称“ドナルドダックストップ”　両足を同時に踵からジャンプストップします。腰を入れた状態でバランスを保ちそして肩幅くらいに足を広げてください。そして足はゴールを指して下さい。
ステップとワンドリブル
足とボールは同じタイミングで着き、ドリブルとステップが一つの音になるようにします。
ステップ
後ろから床を押すようにする。
アンカーレッグでオーバーハンドレイアップ
アンカーレッグと放つ腕が同じ側に来るようにする。レイアップは四角の角の上の方を狙い、当てる。腕は出来るだけ上の方に上げること。
