ボールを自分の前にバウンスさせる
ボールにスピンを掛けて自分の前にバウンスさせる
両足ジャンプストップ
通称“ドナルドダックストップ”　両足を同時に踵からジャンプストップします。腰を入れた状態でバランスを保ちそして肩幅くらいに足を広げてください。そして足はゴールを指して下さい。
360回転ピボット
バスケットから遠ざかっている方の足を軸に３６０度回転させてください。このとき低重心を保ってください。
クロスオーバーステップ（体をまたぐようにステップする。）
外側の手でドリブルをつく。ボールと足は同時に床に着くこと。そして内側の足と手はボールをディフェンダーから守る。
バスケットに向かってステップスルー（２歩）
ボールを受け取ってからすぐにシュートの体制に入る
オーバーハンドレイアップ
バックボードの四角の線の上の角を狙う。
