  1. ボールを自分の前にバウンスさせる
    ボールにスピンを掛けて自分の前にバウンスさせる
  2. 両足ジャンプストップ
    通称“ドナルドダックストップ”　両足を同時に踵からジャンプストップします。腰を入れた状態でバランスを保ちそして肩幅くらいに足を広げてください。そして足はゴールを指して下さい。
  3. ラップアラウンド
    ボールを胴回りで回し、その時背中でボールを持つ手を変えてください。そしてそのとき手は出来るだけ延ばすしてください。
  4. 360回転ピボット
    バスケットから遠ざかっている方の足を軸に３６０度回転させてください。このとき低重心を保ってください。
  5. 間
    特定のポジションで動きを止めて、次の瞬間鋭く動く。
  6. MJムーブ
    突然方向を変えて、そして低い姿勢でクロスオーバー（ボールをドリブルをして反対の手に持ち替えること）をして下さい。
  7. ドロップステップ
    外側の足を軸に内側に２７０度回る。
  8. MJムーブレッグスルー
    突然方向を変えて、そして低い姿勢でレッグスルー（片方の手から股の間でドリブルを突き違う方の手に持ち替えるバスケットボールの動き。）をして下さい。
  9. ドロップステップ
