ボールにスピンを掛けて自分の前にバウンスさせる
両足ジャンプストップ
通称“ドナルドダックストップ”　両足を同時に踵からジャンプストップします。腰を入れた状態でバランスを保ちそして肩幅くらいに足を広げてください。そして足はゴールを指して下さい。
360回転ピボット
バスケットから遠ざかっている方の足を軸に３６０度回転させてください。このとき低重心を保ってください。
プロフェッショナルムーブ
横にステップをし、ディフェンスから遠ざかる方にレッグスルー（股の間でドリブルをすること）をする。そして体でボールを守る様にする。
ロングステップ
後ろから床を押すようにする。
アンダーハンドレイアップ
バックボードの四角の線の上の角を狙う。
