ボールを自分の前にバウンスさせる
ボールにスピンを掛けて自分の前にバウンスさせる
両足ジャンプストップ
通称“ドナルドダックストップ”　両足を同時に踵からジャンプストップします。腰を入れた状態でバランスを保ちそして肩幅くらいに足を広げてください。そして足はゴールを指して下さい。
360回転ピボット
バスケットから遠ざかっている方の足を軸に３６０度回転させてください。このとき低重心を保ってください。
リバースピボット１８０
１８０度反転してください。
足とドリブル
足とボールが同時に床に付くようにして、ドリブルとステップが一つの音になるようにして下さい。そして足と使っていない方の手でボールをディフェンダーから守ってください。
ラップアラウンド
ボールを胴回りで回し、その時背中でボールを持つ手を変えてください。そしてそのとき手は出来るだけ延ばすしてください。
バスケットに向かってステップスルー（２歩）
ボールを受け取ってからすぐにシュートの体制に入る
アンダーハンドレイアップ
