    Catch the ball with one hand during a lateral movement and prepare throw before groundcontact.

    "Donald Duck Stop"- Land two feet at the same time heels first rolling onto toes, solid stance with balance, feet shoulder width apart, feet pointing toward basket
  3. Reverse Pivot 180
    reverse 180 back
  4. MJ Move
    abrupt change of direction, low crossover dribble next to the other leg
  5. step
    push from behind
  6. Underhand layup on the anchor leg side
    Anchor leg and throwing arm are on the same side. Layup against backboard aiming for top corner of the square. Stretch your arm as much as possible upward.
